As a German born in France, I have always been keen on international relations, foreign cultures and languages. Over time, my interest grew towards the connection of politics to the private sector and the economy, leading me to study international business and politics and political economy in London and Oxford. Working for a global business intelligence publisher, I have become increasingly drawn to forward looking analysis. This blog aims to combine all these elements in form of political news and risk analysis with a focus on Germany and Europe.
